Roe V. Wade Decision Today

The Supreme Court of the United States released its decision on the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The short form is that the 6-3 decision says that the Constitution does not enshrine a right to an abortion. Abortions are STILL LEGAL in the United States. What this does is push the decision down to states, to decide limits on abortion.

The loony left once again has broken down into a hysterical gelatinous blob of blathering idiots. “They made abortions illegal! Coat hangers, back alley abortions!” they scream. They ignore the fact that many states have put into their laws that abortions are not only legal but can be performed up to the point the child is delivered.

I have a few suggestions to the crazed left.

They claim that poor women can’t afford to travel from a state with restrictive laws on abortion, to another state that has liberal abortion laws, to get an abortion. In 2020 there were 629,898 abortions performed according to the CDC. Let’s assume that 20%, (which is probably too high of an estimate), are so poor that they can’t get to another state for the one day out-patient procedure (fly in the morning, fly back later that day). That’s less than 126,000 women (if we can ever figure out what a woman is). Why doesn’t Uncle Joey fly them between states? He has the money to fly more than 1,000,000 illegals all over the country from our southern border and give them cellphones. Seems this should be a simple tasks for the most popular president in US history.  That should make him even more popular.

Joey said that he will do everything in his power to allow women to cross state borders to get an abortion. That means once again, he will DO NOTHING as there are NO LAWS preventing women from travelling across state lines. I don’t know what communist country or which century Joey’s brain lives in where he believes this is a problem. “Crossing state lines? Show me your papers.”

The Teachers’ Union says that children don’t belong to their parents but to the Union. Why doesn’t the Union take money from their members and adopt any unwanted child from a woman who couldn’t get an abortion?  Then they can have total control over the child.

The loony left claims the SCOTUS decision removes the “right” of a woman to choose the fate of her pregnancy. Never mind the fact that there are many methods of preventing pregnancy. Crazy Uncle Joey was shouting that a victim of rape or incest will be required to carry the child. Again never mind that, his statement is patently false, but let’s run with it. Why don’t we force MEN to preserve their sperm (with a government paid program) and have EVERY man get a government mandated vasectomy. Never again will there be an “unplanned” pregnancy. This should make the radical feminists happy as they always say that men take no responsibility for birth control and it is up to the woman to prevent pregnancy.

Will the hysteria settle down? Probably not because of all the leftist useful idiots.  The Supreme Court just said what Ruth Bader Ginsberg (RGB) stated, that the decision in the original case of Roe v. Wade was incorrectly decided from a constitutional viewpoint. Remember everyone, RBG criticized Roe v. Wade before and after she became a Supreme Court justice. RGB said that Roe was the wrong case to decide abortion rights.  She also said that the argument of privacy that was used to decide Roe was not Constitutionally sound and because of that she felt that the decision would, as it did today, get overturned.  If they understood RGB, the “Ruth sent us” crowd should be celebrating the SCOTUS decision, however in their hysterical lunacy they never bothered to understand what RGB said.

Anti-Asian Hate Crimes, Whose Fault?

The K-Pop boy band, BTS, from South Korea, closed out Yellow Skinned Peoples Month at the White House to speak out on Anti-Asian Hate Crimes. Old Fool Biden, tweeted out today June 4, 2022, “It was great to meet with you this week at the White House, The rise in anti-Asian hate crimes requires all of us to stand up, speak out, and give hate no safe harbor. Thanks for all you’re doing. It matters.“

On May 20, 2021 Old Fool Biden signed the Anti-Asian Hate Crimes Bill to much applause. When the bill was passed and signed I told people this is a complete waste of time and money as almost no one will be convicted under this law. The dumbest senator in US history, Krazy Mazie Hirono who coauthored the bill, blathered about some bullshit idea that Asian Hate Crimes were increasing because President Trump kept calling out China as the origin of the COVID (China) virus. “White supremacists have been emboldened by President Trump calling out China“, the idiots in Congress screamed. Veep Kammy The Mattress, said she has the “lived” experience of Anti-Asian hate. As I said at the time, almost no one will be convicted under this law.

Why did I say this?

The vast majority of “Hate crimes against Asians” are committed by blacks. It has been this way for decades. This is nothing new. Anyone can look up the statistics on the FBI crime website and “amazingly” discover that over 85% of crimes against Asians are committed by the brothers. This is not a white supremacist issue. This is a Black on Yellow problem. NO PROSECUTOR wants to pin a Hate Crime on a Black. It goes against the narrative that only Whites commit Hate Crimes.  The only politician who has correctly called out the problem is Lt. Governor of Virginia Winsome Sears.

This worthless law came about when a white kid with a sex addiction problem shot FOUR Asian women at a massage parlor on March 16, 2021. They were calling him a white supremacist who hunted down Asians. Turns out he also shot a Hispanic male and a White male as well. Kind of indiscriminate for a white supremacist. When he was arrested the kid said he DID NOT shoot the massage parlor workers because they were Asian, but because they were tempting him due to his sex addiction problem. Conveniently ignoring the facts of the case, these killings spurred the dumbest senator to write the bill and amazingly it was signed into law in less than TWO MONTHS! And who says government works slowly?

Now that over a year has passed, what are the results of this law? In New York City there were 233 reported hate crimes against Asians in three quarters of 2021 (not even a full year). Of those 91 were arrested. Of those 41 were prosecuted as Hate Crimes. Of those 7 were convicted as Anti-Asian Hate Crimes. 3% of reported Anti-Asian Hate Crimes resulted in convictions. Very successful wouldn’t you say? Validates my position that almost no one would be convicted under this law.

Maybe Krazy Mazie and Auntie Maxine can tell the BROTHERS to stop beating up on the SLANTS. Who knows, that might do more good.

“My Plan To Fix Inflation Is To…. Do Nothing”

Old Fool Biden (OFB) penned an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal describing his THREE point approach to fixing the inflation problem for the country. He then sent all of his top officials to the media to tout the wonderful plan.

Here are the THREE points of the PLAN (or as Veep Kammy would say, “Ze Plan”)

1. Respect the Federal Reserve Bank. OFB said that he will not criticize the actions of the Fed, “unlike my predecessor”, the Bad Orange Man. The Fed is an independent organization of which he has no control other than to critique their actions. Bottom line OFB is saying, DO NOTHING.

2. Wait for Congress to pass his Build Back Better plan to give away more money in the form of Clean Energy Tax Credits, have Medicare negotiate lower drug prices, and spend more on a myriad of other programs. All of this takes an act of Congress. Bottom line is OFB will DO NOTHING.

3. Raise taxes on corporations and high income earners. OFB says raising taxes on corporations and high income earners will reduce the deficit which will lower inflation. Raising corporate taxes will serve to make our nation LESS COMPETITIVE in the global economy and disincentive investment in the US. In any case, changing the tax laws requires Congress to act. Bottom line is OFB will DO NOTHING.

What a wonderful plan. Three “actions” that requires the administration to DO NOTHING and these will magically fix the inflation problem. DO NOTHING and it will all get better is what the Old Fool running our country is telling you.
