Your Data Is Secure, We Promise

Apple assures us that data kept on their iCloud servers is secure.

Here are some statements direct from Apple.  

“iCloud is built with industry-standard security technologies, employs strict policies to protect your information, and is leading the industry by adopting privacy-preserving technologies like end-to-end encryption for your data.”  and, 

“All sessions at iCloud.com are encrypted with TLS 1.2. Any data accessed via iCloud.com is encrypted on server as indicated in this table.” and,

“No one else, not even Apple, can access end-to-end encrypted information“

Okay, so Apple is CONFIDENT and PUBLICLY swears all you data is secure from prying eyes.  Even APPLE cannot access your data.

Well here’s some interesting news.

Yesterday, Rudy Giuliani, claims that while acting as the personal ATTORNEY to President Trump, his iCloud data was surveilled and taken between May 1, 2018 and November 2019, by the FBI. He claims his attorney was informed of this by the FBI. The FBI claims that the surveillance and data capture was LEGAL because a covert warrant was issued as part of a criminal investigation, to obtain said data.

The big question to me is, HOW DID THE FBI GET DATA FROM THE iCloud SERVERS?

Again in Apple’s own words, “NO ONE ELSE, NOT EVEN APPLE can access … encrypted information.”

Huh?

What this indicates is that Apple does have a “BACK DOOR” into the data on their servers and that they cooperate with anyone who is AGAINST REPUBLICANS.  How do we know they are against Republicans?  Let’s look at who they do protect.

We know Apple is PRO TERRORIST. On Dec. 2, 2015 TERRORISTS Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik shot and killed 14 people and injured 22 more during an attack on a Christmas party, in San Benardino, CA. After the TERRORISTS were killed in a gun battle with law enforcement, TWO iPhones were recovered. The iPhones may have contained information to other terrorist activities. The NSA was not able to bypass Apple’s encryption of the iPhone data nor were they, I assume, able to recover it from the iCloud. The FBI asked Apple to help them recover the data. Apple DECLINED to help due to its policy to never undermine the security features of its products.

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, stated, “We have a responsibility to protect your data and your privacy. We will not shrink from this responsibility“.

Apple protects TERRORISTS but seemingly NOT REPUBLICANS.

Your data is secure as long as you’re NOT a REPUBLICAN.

Words Have Meanings

“Words have meanings” is an expression that I have said on many occasions. We use words to convey ideas to one another. One thing about words is we need to know their meaning when they are used to convey ideas.

The dictators in charge (the executive branch, congress, the media) of our country are playing with words to subtly REDEFINE their meanings in order to push forward their “agenda”. They are also substituting similar SOUNDING words with the goal of suckering people into accepting ideas that a person would normally be opposed to. Another play on words are proclamations with a PREDETERMINED OUTCOME. Here are some examples.

Redefinition of words.

INFRASTRUCTURE. This used to mean roads and bridges. Today the Leftists define INFRASRUCTURE to include daycare, unionization, schools, caregivers, climate change, and Medicaid expansion, just to name a few.  Today a sitting congressman flippantly stated that packing the Supreme Court is INFRASTRUCTURE.

Substitution of similar sound words.

EQUITY. I noticed that the conversation has changed from “racial EQUALITY” to “racial EQUITY“. Dr. Martin Luther King argued for EQUALITY during the civil rights era. He famously said, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” He emphasized the American creed, “That all men are created EQUAL“. What he didn’t say is, “All men deserve EQUITY“.  EQUITY is an economic outcome. What the Leftist hope no one notices is that by saying “EQUITY” instead of “EQUALITY”, they are proclaiming exactly the OPPOSITE of what Dr. King sought. They want EQUITY payouts determined not by one’s character, but instead determined by the color of their skin.

Predetermined outcome.

REFORM. President Biden issued an executive order to create a commission to study options for Supreme Court REFORMS. This is part of Biden’s goal to “improve the Federal judiciary“. If the Executive Branch is looking to REFORM the Supreme Court, by nature that means that something is WRONG with the court as it is NOW. In 180 days we will see the results of this commission. As this commission is tasked to study Supreme Court REFORM, by definition they will define a plan to REFORM the Court. I doubt that they will conclude that the SUPREME COURT does NOT need to be REFORMED. It’s only a matter of how will they desire to CHANGE the nature of the Court. The report from the commission will find that the court is flawed and must be changed.   This result is predetermined by the words used in the executive order.  No other conclusion is possible.

New Jobs!

President Biden (I’m having a hard time saying that) states that the almost $3 Trillion dollar plan of his will create 19 MILLION new jobs. He and transportation secretary Alfred E. Newman both state that the number comes from Moody’s. Never mind the fact that is NOT what Moody’s analysis says.

Moody’s says that only 2.7 MILLION new jobs will be created over 10 years.   

They say that 16.3 MILLION jobs will still be created EVEN IF the $3 TRILLION dollar spending spree is not passed.

Who cares about FACTS when a good LIE will suffice.  And they said the Bad Orange Man lied.  The Harris-Biden numbers are ONLY 700 percent WRONG.

But for arguments sake let’s go with 19 MILLION new jobs over 10 years.

According to the latest Border Patrol estimates there will be around 2 MILLION illegals crossing the border every year now that President Biden and the loony leftists have stopped deportation and are allowing anyone who steps onto US soil the right to stay, and gives them a pathway to citizenship. What does this mean?

This means we will NEED about 20 MILLION new jobs over 10 years to support the influx of illegal border crossers.

Sounds to me that the $3 TRILLION dollars is ALMOST enough to create jobs for all our new illegals citizens (if you believe the incorrect estimates of the man-in-charge). Investment into “Human Infrastructure” as the Harris-Biden administration calls it.

If you believe what Moody’s actually says, we’re all screwed.
