Are You A Citizen of The United States?

Is this person a citizen of the United States?

This is the controversial question that will appear on the next United States Census in 2020. You can answer three ways, by Birth (in the US, in a US territory, in any country but born to US parents), Naturalized, or No. Seems easy enough. The leftists have their panties up in a bunch with this easy question.

The House of Representatives will be holding hearings about this question because some RETARDED DEMOCRATS oppose the question. RETARDED former USAG Eric Holder is leading a lawsuit to squash this HORRIFIC question. Here in the PRK this stupid state is also suing to stop this question.

Why is the left in hysterics? They say it will be unfair because Congressional seats AND ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES are based upon the number of CITIZENS that reside in districts and somehow the CENSUS will UNDER COUNT CITIZENS. Additionally Federal funding apportioned to states is based on the number of CITIZENS in each state. Hmmm, seems to me that an accurate count of CITIZENS would be useful. How do they do it now? They ESTIMATE how many CITIZENS reside in each state.

The argument is that this CITIZENSHIP question is designed to decrease representation and funding in states with large numbers of ILLEGAL aliens. The intelligentsia of these bastions of sanctuary policies are arguing that CITIZENS who live with or in IMMIGRANT households will be afraid of giving information to the government and these states will lose Federal dollars and voting power.

Okay, how many CITIZENS will be AFRAID to answer YES? How many LEGAL IMMIGRANTS will be AFRAID to answer NO? I’d say about ZERO in each CATEGORY. How many ILLEGAL ALIENS would answer NO? This is where it gets questionable.

Now some Constitutional background. ILLEGAL ALIENS have already broken FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS. They are NOT entitled to FEDERAL REPRESENTATION in government NOR are they entitled to FEDERAL FUNDING.

An ILLEGAL ALIEN can answer TRUTHFULLY which would be NO, or they can FALSELY claim that they are a United States CITIZEN. The count for representation purposes can only be HIGHER than the TRUE number! Why would the left be upset with this? Sound puzzling? The question can legally ONLY HELP states with large ILLEGAL ALIEN populations.

What’s the penalty if an ILLEGAL ALIEN were to FALSELY answer the CITIZENSHIP question? The fine is $100. Of course first they would need to catch the ILLEGAL and then PROVE that they perjured their answer. I’m fairly certain that the Commerce Department won’t be cross checking every ILLEGAL arrested with how they answered the CENSUS. I did a quick search and HOW MANY people have EVER been prosecuted for violating the CENSUS law? How about ZERO, nada, no one. Not one person has ever been fined for violating the CENSUS LAW!

In 2012 the Orange County (Calif.) Register reported, ” … quoting a bureau spokeswoman, Jennifer Smits, saying that nobody had been fined for failing to participate to date. By telephone, bureau spokeswoman Stacy Gimbel Vidal told us that remains so; no fines have been levied. The bureau, she said, is ‘really not in the business of prosecuting people who don’t comply.’

To recap, the CENSUS can only FALSELY COUNT a higher number of CITIZENS. The CENSUS CANNOT UNDER COUNT CITIZENS.

The only conclusion we can draw from this drama is that the ESTIMATES of CITIZENS in sanctuary states is MUCH HIGHER than the actual number of CITIZENS and those in power KNOW THIS and want to maintain their unfair representation in CONGRESS and the ELECTORAL College as well as continuing to STEAL taxpayer money.

1984? Welcome to 2018

I wrote earlier that the kids from Parkland don’t have any special insight into firearms violence or the United States Constitution than any other teen. You can read it HERE.  Witnessing a shooting doesn’t qualify you as an expert in firearms and firearms policy.  At best it qualifies you as a target.

As I said in that post, the media says we must ACCEPT all of their viewpoints without questioning their immature ideas. It turns out the the media has exerted its power over dissenting ideas the other day.

Comedian Owen Benjamin, who is a funny guy by the way, was banned by both Twitter and Youtube by their tech overlords. What did he do? He gored one of the sacred cows of Parkland. Benjamin had responded back to one of David Hoggs tweety rants on gun control with the following:

Don’t you think it’s weird that you are telling grown men how to live whey you barely have pubes?

Essentially it’s the same sentiment that I expressed, but he did it in a much more comedic fashion.

Since Owen gored the sacred hog with “crimethink“, that voice needed to be silenced,.  Twitter banned him.  Oddly Youtube which is a completely different company also simultaneously banned him.

I don’t normally wear a tin foil hat, but how is it that two different corporations banned an individual when the “crimethink” was only expressed on one companies product? Can you say COLLUSION?

Why does this feel like Orwell’s 1984? We are only allowed to express “politically correct Newspeak” views and any dissenting “crimethink” views will be punished.

Welcome to 2018, the new 1984.

How Awesome Is Facebook?

Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a Luddite.  I have no social media presence. No Tweety, no Facepaging, no Instascope, no Snapblab, no Linkedup, nothing.

The latest hubbub from the fake news media is about how Cambridge Analytica captured “personal” information of 87 million Facebook users, parsed the information, and using that information, coerced the gullible public into electing Donald Trump as President of The United States.

Now if we actually believe the hysteria, what does that mean?

It means you should invest your money into Facebook and Cambridge Analytica because they have obtained the holy grail of the advertising world!

Since caveman Og had extra wheels that he wanted to sell to his fellow Neanderthals, people have been trying to figure out the “best” way to get others to “buy” their goods.  Obviously Facebook and Cambridge Analytica have figured this out, according the the talking heads in the fake news media as well as those of the liberal left.

According to the Federal Election Commission, the “Donald Trump for President” campaign paid $5,912,500 to Cambridge Analytica.  For some perspective, a 30 second Superbowl ad this year cost an advertiser $5,000,000, about the same price

An investment equivalent to a single 30 second spot during the Superbowl, overcame the will of the people to elect Hillybob and forced the zombie voters to elect Donald Trump.  Damn that was money well spent compared to the $1.4 BILLION spent by Hillybob, to lose.

Of course if we take the flip side to the “common sense” reasoning and conclude that the collected data had little or no influence on the election, the implication is that you should get your money out of Facebook.  This would indicate that their business model is flawed.  Facebook’s value is all of that personal data AND the linkages between users AND the links they maintain between the users and stores they shop at.  Facebook sells this information to advertisers to generate revenue.  The personal data and its utility to advertisers is the whole reason for the company’s billions in valuation.

No matter which side you care to believe, Facebook will be reviewing its image but little else will change.  Mark Zuckerberg will testify to Congress in just a few days.  My guess is that he will give a well scripted and moving mea culpa and say how naive they were and didn’t see the evil in the world and that they only had a vision of how they were bringing the world together.  Blah, blah, blah.  Zuckerberg will say that he would welcome regulation.  Blah, blah, blah.  Mark will give a list of how they will protect the public going forward.  More blah, blah, blah.  What will happen in the end is nothing.  No new regulations will be written.

If Facebook implemented or was forced to implement stringent privacy rules then the treasure trove of data has little value.  If advertisers can’t use the personal data to target ads, Facebook can’t charge as much for placements.  You can’t make money just letting people post vacation pictures and cat videos, for free.

I suspect that Congress (and the fake news media) will have short-term theatrical outrage over the current hysteria de jour  but will soon move on to the more pressing 2018 election cycle and Facebook will go back to business as usual.  Anyone remember the huge stink about Russians planting fake ads on Facebook just a few months ago?  Anyone still have outrage over that?  Were any new laws written?  As I said, back to business as usual.

I think I wasted too much time writing about this topic.  “Move along nothing to see here”
