Biden Needs Illegals Or Grandma Is Going To Die

What do illegal immigrants have to do with your grandma getting shoved off the cliff?

One of the big pushes by the Leftists such as President Biden, Komrade Sanders, and the Idiot-In-Charge Cortez is to get a federal minimum wage of $15 per hour. Everyone should be paid a living wage, they scream.

Here’s the problem.

Not everyone who employs a person can afford to pay them $15 per hour.

Let’s look at a worker earns $80,000 per year and supports a family. That income is almost one and a half times MORE than the median income in the US. After taxes the NET income is less than $60,000 per year. That is $30 per hour in remaining dollars.

What happens if the family needs to take care of an aging parent or the spouse, or a child needs at home care. Under the Biden plan, the family will need to pay out HALF of their income to hire someone to help. Now if you’re a 20 something congressman from New York making $174,000 per year, or a multimillionaire senator from Vermont, or an ex-vice president who made millions of dollars making speeches, paying out $30,000 per year is no big deal.

This is where the illegals come in. There is and will continue to be a “shadow” economy that has and will continue to pay illegal workers less than minimum wage. Most of the illegals are employed by businesses that required “touch labor” such as cleaning, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.

I believe in the future we will see a booming “shadow” economy fueled not by businesses, but by individuals, such as the family who needs to hire a care worker, and  cannot afford to pay the mandated “minimum wage”.

Why would anyone work for less than minimum wage? If the worker is paid in “shadow” dollars, no taxes are paid. That’s a 10 to 20 percent increase in real dollars. $12 of “shadow” CASH is worth more than $15 of taxed income.

And there will be another effect that the Leftist won’t see coming. With the “shadow” economy, government never gets their hands on THE CASH, which means they will eventually raise taxes on the working folks, making the “shadow” economy even MORE LUCRATIVE, and the spiral downwards accelerates.  More taxes, more cash transactions.  At some point you may see the government try to crack down on cash transaction.  When this happens you will see a switch to crypto currency to keep one step ahead of “the man”.

Death Of Rural Living

President Biden has declared his war on the oil and gas industries. Has he, anyone in his administration, or the supporters of this war on oil in Congress thought about the consequences of their actions on the way of life in America?

Rural living and the idea of freedom will have to END. The people in small towns and villages in Northern climates and in the state of Alaska will be forced to abandon their homes and way of life and to relocate to Southern states. Why? Many place that are not served by the electrical grid run on either individual or community generators. What powers these generators? Mostly diesel oil and some with with gasoline. Bye bye electricity. Many of these homes are heated with oil.

The “green new stealers” will tell these folks that they can switch over to renewable energy. In Northern climates that’s a sticky wicket. In winter time there is no sunshine at all in towns in Alaska, for months. 24 hours of darkness. Solar isn’t an option. You would need to invest over $1,000,000.00 per person in batteries to get through the periods of darkness. I assume every family of 4 has $4 MILLION in spare change.

Oh, they can use wind power, the “greenies” say. Well we saw what happened in Texas this winter when the windmills FROZE up during a cold snap and the whole power grid collapsed. And that was with only 25% of the power coming from wind turbines and cold that lasted only for a few days.  See how well they work after months of below zero temperatures.

No, with Uncle Joe’s war on oil, the most likely result will be Alaska will need to be abandoned and anyone who desires to live “off the grid” will also need to abandon their way of life and move to the Southern states.

Maybe the oil haters have thought about this.  President Biden and many in Congress are promoting high density housing to replace suburban living.  Perhaps there is a method to this seeming madness.

All the refugees from the North can sell weed to each other in their high density houses when Joe and company legalize that industry nationwide or they can move to China (and live in similar high density housing) and get those good paying John Kerry jobs, making solar panels.

Perhaps Uncle Joe will sell Alaska to the Chinese to pay for the high density housing, or we could trade the state for some solar panels.  The Chinese won’t care about “green new dealing” and they would be happy to have all the worthless oil and gas resources.

Be Careful What You Wish For

There is an effort to recall Gavin Newsom, the governor of the Peoples’ Republik of Kalifornia. Last I read there were 1.4 million signatures gathered of the 1.5 million necessary for the recall to be put to a vote.

I have been telling people, “Be careful what you wish for“.

In 2003 the people of the PRK recalled Governor Gray Davis for his mismanagement of the state. A couple of things that set people off were the vehicle registration fees and the rising cost of electricity. Back then we had “rolling blackouts” and “brownouts” (hmm, nothing has changed) because of deals made regarding purchasing of out of state electricity. Davis was successfully recalled making him only the second state governor to be recalled in US history.

What happened after the recall?

The people of the PRK elected Arnold “Faux Republican” Schwarzenegger to replace Davis as governor.  I’ve always said he was a Democrat wearing a Republican suit.  He was married to a Kennedy for goodness sakes.

Arnie turned out to be the WORST governor in PRK history!

The Lunk-head Arnold signed many of the craziest pieces of legislation into law that has led to decline of the state. Some people were upset that Davis put into law restrictions on gun ownership. What did Lunk-head do? He put in more restrictions on gun ownership.

Lunk-head signed into law that a child as young as in the FIRST GRADE could legally choose their GENDER without ANY parental consent.

The coup de grace of Lunk-head’s policies was creating with DEMOCRATS two laws which almost forever locks in Democrat control for the PRK. The first was the “jungle primary” where the top two primary candidates are the only choices on the general election ballot for statewide office, US Senators, and House representatives regardless of party affiliation. As there are more Democrats than Republicans in the PRK we almost always have two Democrats as the only choices in elections. The companion bill to the “jungle primary” is a little known law that prevents a grass roots “write-in” campaign to challenge the two Democrats in the general election. Lock for the Dems, thanks Lunk-head.

Arnie was great for this state. When he was voted in his approval rating was 65%. When Lunk-head left office his approval rating was 23% which interestingly was about the SAME as Gray Davis’ approval rating when he was recalled. Lunk-head was in 2010 named “One of the 11 worst governors“.

What did a younger Gavin Newsom think of Lunk-head? He said, “He’s becoming a Democrat… He’s running back, not even to the center. I would say center-left“.

If the recall is successful, who knows who will run for governor.  Rumor is Bruce “Caitlyn, the nutless wonder” Jenner might run.  I suspect a number of ‘popular’ moron celebrities will throw their hats into the ring and say “girlie man“.  Once again be careful what you wish for.
