“Code Red!”, Biden screams

Today, after his vacation in Delaware, Crazy Uncle Joe toured New Jersey to look at the damage from Hurricane Ida,

He was screaming that the “Existential threat of climate change” is a “Code Red“, whatever the ‘F‘ that means. All the climate ‘scientists’ such as Chuckie Schumer, AOC, and the like, keep saying that the loss of life from Hurricane Ida was because the weather is more severe as a result of, wait for it, climate change.

Hurricane Ida was a Category 4 hurricane that became the SECOND MOST damaging hurricane to hit Louisiana. The most damaging was Katrina in 2005, 16 years ago. Hurricane Ida is tied for the strongest maximum winds at landfall with the Last Island Hurricane of, wait for it, 1856, 165 years ago!!!

Once again, riddle me this all you oh wise people of science.  WHY is it that the most destructive hurricane was 16 years ago and the windspeed was the same as a hurricane 165 years ago?

Shouldn’t Ida be the worst hurricane on record as the EXISTENTIAL THREAT of climate change is making the weather more severe according the the prognosticators of science?

Shouldn’t an 1856 hurricane have had LESS wind speed than a hurricane of today? We didn’t have automobiles, trucks, airplanes, and power plants pumping out EXISTENTIAL THREATENING carbon emissions 165 years ago,. There were fewer people producing less EXISTENTIAL THREATENING carbon emissions and a lot more forested land to sequester carbon. China and India were just backwards countries way back then and NOT the EXISTENTIAL THREATENING, carbon spewing industrial behemoths.  Weather should have been LESS severe using the ‘science‘ proclaimed by the intellectual class.

Almost all weather related events were WORSE in the past than they are today. 

Now ‘splain to me again how the Greenie New Dealers are 100% sure spending our tax dollars will solve this “EXISTENTIAL crisis“. 

Oh wait, maybe the weather will get worse because of ‘white supremacy‘ and ‘systemic racism’.  Or it’s Trump’s fault.

We Need More Laws, Obviously

This picture was released by the San Francisco Police. They describe it as a woman holding and AK-47 driving around town. Obviously we need to have more laws to stop people from possessing these “weapons of war“.

Once again, let’s back the F’ing truck up.

Perhaps the police need some help in identifying “weapons of war“.

That’s not an AK-47. It’ an AKS-74U also known as a Krinkov.

The Krinkov is a fully automatic (machine gun), short barreled rifle. A Krinkov would be ILLEGAL to own unless the woman had complied with FEDERAL LAW.  Possession would require TWO FEDERAL tax stamps under the National Firearms Act (NFA). One for a fully automatic weapon and separately one for a short barreled rifle.  Lacking the proper tax stamps is a violation of FEDERAL LAW. Interestingly, in the STATE of California it is ILLEGAL to POSSESS either a machine gun or a short barreled rifle even if you have the FEDERAL NFA tax stamps.

Additionally a LEGAL Krinkov is extremely rare and might cost between $20,000.00 and $50,000.00 to obtain. We won’t go into the fact that the clear plastic magazine looks to be of newer production and is ILLEGAL to own in the STATE of California.

There are some exceptions to these EXISTING LAWS. The woman in question might be have a FEDERAL: FIREARM LICENSE (FFL) of Type 7, Class 03. This is a license to manufacture “destructive devices” including machine guns and short barreled rifles.
The woman must be a Type 7 Class 03 FFL holder otherwise it would ALREADY be ILLEGAL for her to possess the Krinkov.  Without the license she would be violating several FEDERAL and STATE LAWS. The penalty she faces without the FFL is 20 years and $500,000.00 for the FEDERAL violations and 16 years (possibly more) on the STATE violations.

Obviously more laws would fix this problem, according to President Biden.

I suspect President Biden is okay with her, because she is wearing her COVID mask.

Another Thing I Don’t Understand

After the RIOTS in the summer of 2020, a movement began to “Defund the police“. Stupid mayors and governors, most of whom are Dimbulbcrats, capitulated to the demands of the mobs and cut funding for their police forces. The result was an INCREASE in violent crimes. Murders, rapes, and robberies jumped by double and triple digit percentages in these utopian cities run by Dimbulbcrat MORONS.

Now the Dims are starting to realize that HIGHER CRIME RATES is not a winning platform to run on. What is their solution? Blame the defunding of the police and resulting increases in crime on REPUBLICANS. Nice pivot.

The argument is that REPUBLICAN senators would not pass the original, MULTI-TRILLION dollar, pork filled bill which was called an INFRASTRUCTURE BILL. There was some vague wording in the bill about money allocated to law enforcement for things such as bodycams. As the bill had no possibility of passing as it had almost nothing to do with infrastructure the Dims are using this failure to say the Republicans defunded the police. This is of course absolutely ludicrous. The whacky presidential press secretary, Jen “Ginger” Psaki said this was the case when asked about the “defund the police” movement.  She said, “[Republicans]… stood in the way of crucial funding needed to prevent the laying off of police officers as crimes increase. That’s a simple statement of fact.“

Let’s for arguments sake assume “Ginger” is correct and that Republicans hate the police and don’t want to give them money. Riddle me this, WHY is it that when LOCAL Dimbulbcrat politicians cut funding for their police it becomes the responsibility of the FEDERAL government to give money to cities and states when the LOCAL Dims want to put funding back for the police?  Why don’t they just restore the budgets that they cut (the money was already allocated)? Why should TAXPAYERS in cities and states who DIDN’T DEFUND THEIR POLICE pay for the stupid decisions of mayors in OTHER STATES?

The policy seems to be, “If YOU do something stupid in YOUR city, people in OTHER cities and states need to PAY for YOUR stupidity.”
