We Need More Laws, Obviously

This picture was released by the San Francisco Police. They describe it as a woman holding and AK-47 driving around town. Obviously we need to have more laws to stop people from possessing these “weapons of war“.

Once again, let’s back the F’ing truck up.

Perhaps the police need some help in identifying “weapons of war“.

That’s not an AK-47. It’ an AKS-74U also known as a Krinkov.

The Krinkov is a fully automatic (machine gun), short barreled rifle. A Krinkov would be ILLEGAL to own unless the woman had complied with FEDERAL LAW.  Possession would require TWO FEDERAL tax stamps under the National Firearms Act (NFA). One for a fully automatic weapon and separately one for a short barreled rifle.  Lacking the proper tax stamps is a violation of FEDERAL LAW. Interestingly, in the STATE of California it is ILLEGAL to POSSESS either a machine gun or a short barreled rifle even if you have the FEDERAL NFA tax stamps.

Additionally a LEGAL Krinkov is extremely rare and might cost between $20,000.00 and $50,000.00 to obtain. We won’t go into the fact that the clear plastic magazine looks to be of newer production and is ILLEGAL to own in the STATE of California.

There are some exceptions to these EXISTING LAWS. The woman in question might be have a FEDERAL: FIREARM LICENSE (FFL) of Type 7, Class 03. This is a license to manufacture “destructive devices” including machine guns and short barreled rifles.
The woman must be a Type 7 Class 03 FFL holder otherwise it would ALREADY be ILLEGAL for her to possess the Krinkov.  Without the license she would be violating several FEDERAL and STATE LAWS. The penalty she faces without the FFL is 20 years and $500,000.00 for the FEDERAL violations and 16 years (possibly more) on the STATE violations.

Obviously more laws would fix this problem, according to President Biden.

I suspect President Biden is okay with her, because she is wearing her COVID mask.

I have a proposal to solve the increase in crime in major cities.

DEDUCT from the city leaders, mayor, city council members, and district attorney, a percentage of their TOTAL COMPENSATION (salary, medical, retirement) based on the increase in the rate of crime.

For example, if the crime rate increases by 25%, the leaders’ COMPENSATIONS are cut 25%. If the crime rate increases by 100%, the leaders receive NOTHING.  If the crime rate increases beyond 100% the leaders must pay the city the a percentage of their SALARIES beyond 100%. For example, if the crime rate increases to 115%, each leader receives NO COMPENSATION PACKAGE and must pay 15% of THEIR OWN MONEY to the city.  The converse is true as well.  If the crime rate is reduced by 25%, the leaders will receive 25% higher SALARIES.  How would the bonuses be funded you ask?  Take the money from the expenditures for their personal security details.  This gives them an additional INCENTIVE to make sure the cities are SAFE.

That should get their FAT ASSES off the couch and get them to actually perform the function of government.

Here’s a suggestion to the power mad Uniter in Chief, if you ACTUALLY believe that the Texas law is an ASSAULT against DEMOCRACY as you state, and you recognize these actions as an ASSAULT and that’s “NOT HYPERBOLE”, you need to IMMEDIATELY send in the MILITARY to put down the INSURRECTION led by the Texas Legislature and the overwhelming majority of Texans who want voting reform.  You will go down in history as the modern day Abraham Lincoln, freeing the black man from the voting bondage of the Texas plantation owners.

You stated that you “SWORE AN OATH… TO GOD … TO DEFEND AMERICA AGAINST ALL THREATS BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC“. As El Presidente you have the CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY and MORAL OBLIGATION to KILL all Texans who don’t agree with you.

As you stated in your speech on June 23, 2021, about insurrectionists, you as president can use “F-15’s And Maybe Some Nuclear Weapons” against those who oppose your reign.

And those are your words, NOT HYPERBOLE.
