What Is The Money For?

I downloaded the text of the House $3.5 TRILLION “infrastructure” bill. There are at least 114 occurrences of $1,000,000,000.00 or MORE in the bill. The authors willy nilly toss about spending BILLION$ of DOLLAR$ with abandon. Okay, I have written many proposals for government contract work in the past and if I had submitted a proposal worded such as this, I would have lost my job.  This is a complete travesty.

The biggest issue is that there is almost no clear explanation of what the money will be used for. Most of the sections state some nebulous ill-defined task and then state many BILLION$ of DOLLAR$ will be needed to fund the task. There is NO justification for the numbers and NO historical backup to justify the expenditures.

Here’s a sample of a section:

“SEC. 80010. FUNDING FOR GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION FEDERAL CITIZEN SERVICES FUND.
In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is
appropriated to the General Services Administration for
fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not
otherwise appropriated, $2,000,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, to be deposited in the Federal Citizen Services Fund.“

That’s it. It just says that TWO BILLION DOLLAR$ must be allocated the the GSA for the FEDERAL CITIZEN SERVICES FUND (FCSF).  The FCSF spent $74 MILLION in 2020,  plans to spend $68 MILLION in 2021 and is requesting funding in 2022 to the tune of $59,200,000.00.

What does the FCSF do? From the 2022 appropriations, “The Federal Citizen Services Fund (FCSF) enables public access and engagement with the Government through an array of public and agency facing products and programs.”

Basically it’s for web based access to government information.

Now for some unknown reason, we need to allocate 34 TIMES MORE of the ANNUAL BUDGET for this one task for no apparent reason. The work statement above just says, “give TWO BILLION DOLLARS to the fund in 2022“.

What the fuck?

Most of the bill is written in a similar fashion.

I think that the HOUSE and SENATE should REQUIRE a justification with historical data for any item that costs the taxpayers over $100 MILLION. For any bill, any section that does not have proper justification for the expenses should be immediately lined out. Then they can vote on what remains in the bill.

C’mon man, do your F’ing jobs.

Angry Joe let loose on the American people on September 9, 2021, ranting angrily about the China Virus.  I suspect this was truly a deflection from his botched surrender and retreat from Afghanistan, but here is what he had to say.

“Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated…” and “But what makes it incredibly more frustrating is that we have the tools to combat COVID-19, and a distinct MINORITY of Americans… are keeping us from turning the corner“, Joe screamed at us.

Just who are these 80 MILLION that will cause the rest of us to suffer under the TYRANNICAL MANDATES of Angry Joe?

Here are da facts, Jack.

30 MILLION Hispanic (AKA Brown People) and 22 MILLION Black folk are unvaccinated. That’s 52 MILLION of Angry Joe’s 80 MILLION problem children. Black and Brown comprise almost TWO THIRDS of the reason for Joe’s “frustration“.

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation as of Sept 7, 2021, Hispanics who received “at least one dose” of the vaccine was at 48% (52% unvaccinated). The vaccination rate for BLACKS was at 43% (57% unvaccinated). You can see the trendlines HERE. BLACK had the lowest vaccination rate. There are 57 MILLION Hispanics which give us 30 MILLION unvaccinated BROWN.  There are 39 MILLION Blacks which gives us 22 MILLION unvaccinated BLACK.  Again that’s 52 MILLION unvaccinated MINORITY folks.  My people the Asians have the highest vaccination rate at 68%, even higher than Whitey.

Crazy Joe and media are portraying this “problem” as a Trump voter, white supremacy problem.

Joey, the racist that he is (according to his BFF Kamala Harris), should be calling it as it is and shouting, “All you darkies need to do your part! I’m sick and tired of you damn minorities ruining it for the rest of us!“

Truth in lending, Angry Joe’s number of 80 million unvaccinated makes no sense.  It has no basis in fact that I can see.  The number looks to be closer to 147 million unvaccinated by my calculations.  The real numbers are elusive.

“Code Red!”, Biden screams

Today, after his vacation in Delaware, Crazy Uncle Joe toured New Jersey to look at the damage from Hurricane Ida,

He was screaming that the “Existential threat of climate change” is a “Code Red“, whatever the ‘F‘ that means. All the climate ‘scientists’ such as Chuckie Schumer, AOC, and the like, keep saying that the loss of life from Hurricane Ida was because the weather is more severe as a result of, wait for it, climate change.

Hurricane Ida was a Category 4 hurricane that became the SECOND MOST damaging hurricane to hit Louisiana. The most damaging was Katrina in 2005, 16 years ago. Hurricane Ida is tied for the strongest maximum winds at landfall with the Last Island Hurricane of, wait for it, 1856, 165 years ago!!!

Once again, riddle me this all you oh wise people of science.  WHY is it that the most destructive hurricane was 16 years ago and the windspeed was the same as a hurricane 165 years ago?

Shouldn’t Ida be the worst hurricane on record as the EXISTENTIAL THREAT of climate change is making the weather more severe according the the prognosticators of science?

Shouldn’t an 1856 hurricane have had LESS wind speed than a hurricane of today? We didn’t have automobiles, trucks, airplanes, and power plants pumping out EXISTENTIAL THREATENING carbon emissions 165 years ago,. There were fewer people producing less EXISTENTIAL THREATENING carbon emissions and a lot more forested land to sequester carbon. China and India were just backwards countries way back then and NOT the EXISTENTIAL THREATENING, carbon spewing industrial behemoths.  Weather should have been LESS severe using the ‘science‘ proclaimed by the intellectual class.

Almost all weather related events were WORSE in the past than they are today. 

Now ‘splain to me again how the Greenie New Dealers are 100% sure spending our tax dollars will solve this “EXISTENTIAL crisis“. 

Oh wait, maybe the weather will get worse because of ‘white supremacy‘ and ‘systemic racism’.  Or it’s Trump’s fault.
