I Didn’t “Intend” To Write This

President Trump tweeted today that Hillybob aide Huma Abadeen should be tossed in jail for passing classified information from a public Yahoo account to Hillybob’s non-approved, unsecured server.

According the the law, she should have been thrown into the BIG HOUSE along with Hillybob, BUT because she was part of the protected political class at the time she broke the law, nothing was done to her.  In fact she was given immunity from any prosecution.

I’ve been listening to many so-called “lawyers” who defend the actions taken by Hillybob and her clan. They keep harping that unless there was “intent” to violate the law, there was no crime.
Interesting logic from the “experts”. I wonder what cereal box they found their law degrees in?  Let’s once again run with this “expert lawyer logic” as it applies to you and me.

Next time you get a speeding ticket, go before the judge and ask that the ticket be dismissed because you did not “intend” to exceed the speed limit, and therefore no crime was committed. See how well that works out for you.

Here’s another example. A robber holds up a store with a firearm. During the robbery he shoots and kills the clerk after a scuffle breaks out. At trial, the robber says, “I didn’t intend to shoot the clerk“.  Should we let the robber off as to the murder of the clerk, since he admitted that he didn’t “intend” to shoot anyone?  Obviously, according to lefty lawyer logic, no crime was committed since there was no “intent“.  Case dismissed.

Last time I looked, most laws don’t require “intent” to be considered crimes, only that the statute was broken.  The argument of the lack of “intent”  is exactly what James “Showboat” Comey and all the liberal experts argue, is the reason as to why the Hillybobites should never be prosecuted for the CRIMES THEY COMMITTED.

Justice for SOME is not necessarily justice for ALL the rest of us great unwashed.
